Irish Coffee Pot de Crème
Add 3 tablespoons Irish Whiskey and 2 tablespoons instant espresso to 1 cup heavy cream, 4 egg yolks, 1/3 c sugar
Bake the custard in a water bath at 325 degrees F for 35 minutes. Cool then refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Top with whipped cream. Eat.
