While working, we often joke about starting a bakery in which we would sell only what we felt like baking that day. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This blog is sort of like that bakery.  The essence of Today&#8217;s Menu is: cook whenever and whatever makes us happy. We will show how to make comfort foods, good food on a budget, homemade fast food, and, well, anything else that we happen to think to make.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> This blog is a work in progress. We will tweak the layout but not the quality of our recipes.
